Shipping Availability
Our products ship from Southern California to anywhere within the United States.
Shipping Methods
We offer UPS Standard Ground Delivery Continental United States only. Shipments are generally delivered within 3-5 business* days from the date of shipment, depending on your geographical location in relation to our warehouses in Southern California.
All returns must be pre-approved by requesting an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). To request an RMA, please contact us via email and include a detailed description for the reason for the return to expedite the returns process.

Once your RMA request has been submitted, you will receive an automated email within 24-48 business hours with your RMA number and instructions for returning the item(s) to us. The RMA number is valid for 30 days, so please be sure to return the item(s) within that timeframe. Repackage the item(s) being returned as it was delivered to you, remembering to include all materials and documentation.

Once the returned product has been received at DSMiller, refunds and replacements are processed within 5-7 business days.

Damaged Product Returns
- Claims for products damaged in transit must be reported to us within 15 days of the date of shipment so that we can initiate an investigation with UPS. The original packing materials must be saved for inspection by the carrier. Once the claim is resolved, DSMiller will issue a refund or ship a replacement at no cost.

Defective Product Returns
- Our 45-Day Return Policy covers products received defective. Defective items must be returned by requesting an RMA. You may elect to receive a replacement product or a refund.

Non-Defective Product Returns
- Non-defective ("Buyers Remorse") products can be returned for a refund within the first 45 days. Items must be returned by requesting an RMA. Non-Defective returns may be subject to restocking fees.
